Eight Ways To Get Good Results With Glyconutrients

1- Drink Clean Spring Water. As a complete weight loss, take your body weight in lbs, divide by 2 and drink several ounces of Pure Spring Water daily so that your cells are ‘washed’ in a bath of Glyconutrients. For example a 120lb woman can drink at least 60 oz of pure spring water a day.
