Meditation Technique Of Perception

 Meditation Technique Of Perception

This meditation process is very different from conventional meditation techniques. This process is actually a meditative activity and involves thinking about life. Although people of all ages can try this method, it is suitable for people older (even 18 and older). The reason is that only those who have lived a certain (major) period of life can remember back to their past. Younger people who are still in the early stages of their life are less likely to (although not do) evaluate their health from the point of view of this meditation. However, this method of meditation is extremely effective in identifying the true identity.

First read this thought-provoking story: -

Then the king called in all his wise men, and asked them, saying,

Is there a mantra or suggestion that applies to all situations, in all situations, in all places and at all times. Something that can help me if none of you can advise me. Tell me, is there a mantra? "

And all the wise men were astonished at the Lord's question. One answer to all questions? Something that works everywhere, in all cases? For all the joys and sorrows, all the defeats and all the victories? They think and think. After a long discussion, the old man suggested something that would appeal to all. They went to the king and gave him what was written on the paper. But the point was that the king could not see it because of curiosity. Only in great danger, when the Lord finds himself alone and there seems to be no way, only then will he have to see it. The Lord put the papers under his Diamond ring.

A few days later, neighbors attacked the Kingdom Hall. It was a sudden attack of the Lord's enemies. The king and his army fought bravely but were defeated. The Lord had to run away on his horse. The enemies were following him. His horse took him far into the Jungle. He could hear the many horsemen following him and the sound was getting louder and louder. Suddenly the Lord found himself standing at the end of the road - that road was going nowhere. Below was a valley with thousands of feet of rock to sink. If it jumped on it, it would end ... and it could not come back because it was a narrow road ... From the back it was the sound of enemy horses approaching fast. The king lost his strength. There seemed to be no way out.

Suddenly he saw Diamond in his ring in the sunlight, remembering the message hidden in the ring. He opened the diamond and read the message. The message was very small but very large.

The message was - "This too will pass."

He was reading the Lord. Read it again. Suddenly something came to his mind- Yes! it will also pass away. A few days ago, I was enjoying my kingdom. I was the strongest of the Kings. Today, however, the Kingdom and all that pleases him are gone. I am here trying to escape from the enemies. However, once those days of luxury are gone, this dangerous day will soon pass. Peace fell on his face. He was still standing. The place where he stood was full of natural beauty. Little did he know that such a beautiful place was part of his Kingdom. The revelation of the message had a profound effect on her. He was relieved and forgot about his followers. After a few minutes he noticed that the sound of horses and the approaching enemies were diminishing. They moved to another part of the mountains and were not on that route.

The Lord was very brave. He reorganized his army and fought back. He defeated the enemy and regained his lost kingdom. When he returned to his kingdom after the victory, he was welcomed with a large sum of money at the door. The whole capital was happy to win. Everyone was in a state of ecstasy. Flowers were thrown to the Lord from every house, from every room. People were dancing and singing. For a moment the Lord said to himself, “I am one of the most courageous and great Lords. It is not easy to defeat me .: With the reception and celebration he saw selfishness emerge from him.

Suddenly a diamond in his ring shone in the sun and reminded him of the message. He opened it and read it: "This too will pass away"

He was silent. His face changed completely - he turned from his self-consciousness to a completely humble state.

If this too passes, it is not for you.

The defeat was not yours, the victory was not yours.

He's just a watchman. Everything passes

We are witnesses of all this. We are a seer. Life comes and goes. Happiness also goes away. Grief comes and goes.

Now that you have read this story, just keep quiet and check your own health. This too will pass. Think of happy times and victories in your life. Think of a moment of sorrow and defeat. Do they always. They all passed. Life is fleeting.

There were friends in the past. They are all gone.

There are friends today. They too will go.

There will be new friends tomorrow. They too will go.

There were enemies in the past. They are gone.

There may be an enemy right now. They too will go.

There will be new enemies tomorrow and …… they will also leave.

There is no end to this world. Everything changes without the law of change. Think about it from your perspective. You have seen all the changes. You have survived all obstacles, all defeat and all adversity. They are all gone. If there are problems in the present, they will also go away. Because nothing lasts forever. Joy and sorrow are the two faces of one coin. They will both pass. Who really are you? Know your real face. Your face is not your real face. It will change over time. However, there is something in you that will not change. It will remain the same. What is that constant? It is nothing but your true identity.

He is just a witness of change. Feel it, straighten it out.

Every day for 10-15 minutes keep quiet. Just think of the phrase, "This too will pass away." Meditating on your life will enable you to see the real meaning of this sentence. It all passes y
